ALDEC G3

The Alfa Laval ALDEC G3 features the same technology as ALDEC G3 VecFlow™, except for the feed zone. ALDEC G3 has a standard feed zone, giving it somewhat lower performance and higher power consumption. It is a good fit for a wide range of applications where high separation performance and low power consumption are required, but where the extra benefits offered by VecFlow™ are not necessary. An Alfa Laval ALDEC G3 can be upgraded to the VecFlow™ design.

ALDEC G3 is available with capacities from 23 to 225 m3/h.

Benefits

  • Ideal for demanding sludges with high solids loading
  • High separation performance, 1% drier solids compared to standard decanters
  • Low power consumption
  • Upgradeable to G3 VecFlow™ PowerTubes, Slimline conveyor and Direct Drive gearbox
  • Replaceable wear protection tiles
  • Advanced control system Easy to service
  • Available in many materials, including Duplex

Limitations

  • Larger footprint than i-DW
